About Me
I am an indigenous and queer digital artist based in Montreal and born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada. I first got my roots in art through my mother who is a traditional Mi'kmaq bead work artist.
During my early years I began film making for YouTube and had my work featured in a MTV "It Gets Better" documentary as early as 2012. I went on to enjoy some local success with YouTube but ultimately decided that in post-secondary I wanted to take my career into film rather than working on being a public figure along side of making content.
After moving across the country to Vancouver I attended Vancouver Film School to do general film studies. After realizing my technical skills and artistic skills could meet in the middle with visual effects I applied to Lost Boys Studios to begin learning compositing. Immediately after graduating from Lost Boys I was lucky enough to get on boarded for Blade Runner 2049 at Framestore Montreal. We took home an Oscar and Bafta for our work on that film which was an incredible success at such an early stage in my career. I've since worked on projects included but not limited to; Captain Marvel, John Wick 4 and The Little Mermaid.
In the past year I have begun to re-immerse myself into film making after working as a producer and on set VFX supervisor on the OutTV show "Ezra". As I move forward in my career I strive to keep my work fun and fresh by chasing opportunities to re-engage with the art I have such a passion for in a more personal way. I'm currently producing documentary entitled "Talentless"due out in 2024
